How to see the aura

A good technique to read the aura is to relax in a room with a dim light – sitting before a plain colored wall. Raise one hand before you and focus intently on your fingertips for about 30 seconds. Then when it feels right, try to take in as much of the area around your hand at once (which softens your gaze and casts light on a greater surface of your retina.)
In essence, this technique gets you to concentrate with focus on  point – and then relax your sight and take it all in.
You should start to notice a soft haze around the outline of your hand.
With practice and trust in your ability, this haze will become more clear; you will be able to see it for longer periods; and colors may start to integrate into the energy field you are seeing. As you develop your ability, the colors, clarity and vibrance of the aura will become more discernable to your naked eye.
When you get better viewing your own aura, try to see the aura of other people. It is also possible to see the auras of plants and animals. Infact, any living object with a life-force can be seen.
With all things; some people can do it naturally, others pick it up quickly once shown, others get there with perserverance, while some will give up before they get there.
